- Yes, Log into the Account Center, go to Personal Profile, and then click on "Update Your Personal Information." You can change your account information in addition to managing other aspects of your Account. Not registered for the Account Center? Register now.
- How can I change my user ID and/or password?
- Log into the Account Center and go to Personal Profile where you can update your user ID and password, as well as, your billing address and e-mail address.
- How often can I make online payments?
- Every three days. For example, if you make a payment on the 7th day of the month, your next payment cannot be made on the 10th.
- If I have paperless statements, can I get copies of my paper statements?
- Yes, you can always go to the Account Center and print out any of your last 12 statements. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to request copies. You may be charged a $5.00 fee. There is no fee if you request copies in connection with a billing error or for copies of disclosures.
