Want to save some time? No matter where you are, you can make a free online payment as late as 5 p.m. E.T. on the same day your bill is due—and instantly know your payment was received.
Plus you'll get:
- An automatic e–mail confirming that your payment has been scheduled
- An automatic e–mail alert when your scheduled payment is made to your account
Just enter your checking account information once, and you'll be set up to make all your Discover Card payments online. You can review your payment history going back seven months and even cancel scheduled payments when you need to.

You can make online payments every three days. For example, if you make a payment on the seventh day of the month, your next payment cannot be made before the 10th.

- Yes, you can cancel payments online. Online payments must be canceled by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time in order for them to be canceled the same day.
Phone payments must be canceled by 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on payment posting date. If you would like to cancel a payment, click View/Cancel Pending Payments. - Can I cancel enrollment in online payments?
- Yes, you can cancel enrollment in online payments. Please note that any online payments that were scheduled to post, will also be canceled at the same time enrollment is canceled. Phone payments will, however, be processed.
