I'd like to personally thank my DISCOVER Card customer service rep, Ms. Shelby J., for her assistance today with my dispute. She cares about her customers.

This is a "Thank You" note. My card was getting worn. The magnetic strip was not being read reliably by the reader machines. I called the Customer Service Center to request a replacement. The new Discover Card arrived the next day. It doesn't get better than that!

Hi! I haven't been using my card much lately, and subsequently forgot to schedule a payment. I was so happy today when I logged into my e-mail account and found a friendly reminder from Discover that I haven't scheduled a payment yet. This helped save me a costly late fee and a bad mark on my credit and my account with you. Just one more reason why I love having a Discover Card! Thank you and keep it up!! :)

I was lying on the beach when I got a call from your security people. What they knew and I did not was that my card was stolen 30 minutes ago! They stopped the fraudulent transactions and cancelled my card after speaking to me. Awesome company—Discover—just awesome—I am thoroughly impressed with how you take care of your customers!
